Teaching Recruitment Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TeacherActive Careers, a leading recruitment agency in the Education sector.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting high-calibre teaching and learning support professionals for schools across your designated geographical area.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting teaching and learning support professionals for schools
  • Managing a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve their targets
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate a healthy pipeline of candidates and clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a senior recruitment role
  • A proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Remuneration

The salary range for this role is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.
