We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team at a leading healthcare provider in Kilmarnock. This part-time or full-time position is ideal for someone looking to provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to individuals who access our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans;
  • Delivering evidence-based and outcome-measured occupational therapy interventions to improve functional ability and quality of life;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions and making adjustments as needed;
  • Fostering effective communication with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
