About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Adviser to join our Strategic Resourcing Solutions team at BDO UK.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering long-term, sustainable value to our clients by providing a range of solutions, including accounting, payroll, and compliance services.

You'll work closely with clients to build deep and meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own tasks and work proactively to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and draw attention to opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services.
Requirements
  • Industry or practice-qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
  • Solid accounting knowledge with previous experience in accounts preparation and outsourced accounting.
  • Good knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and standard in-house packages.
