HomeServe is seeking a skilled Plumbing Expert to join our team in Kilmarnock or surrounding areas. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, including some weekend, evening, and bank holiday shifts.
The estimated salary for this role is between £33,446 - £40,000 per year, plus a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in the first year. As a HomeServe Plumbing Expert, you will be responsible for undertaking general plumbing repairs and maintenance work in customers' homes, ensuring their peace of mind and confidence in the quality of work.
Our industry-leading reward package includes a basic starting salary of up to £37,810 with an OTE of over £40,000 if you opt in to additional hours at an enhanced rate. You will also receive a £1,500 signing on bonus paid in two instalments, a fantastic pension scheme, and up to 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
In addition, you will have access to a company vehicle with fuel card and all the necessary tools to deliver excellent service. We provide full uniform and safety equipment, as well as a bespoke private training facility and field-based coaching teams to support your ongoing learning and development.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or similar qualification, a full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points, and excellent customer service skills. It would be beneficial to have experience working as a plumber in domestic housing.
