Salary

We offer a highly competitive salary for this position, with estimated annual earnings ranging from £80,000 to over £100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, a generous contributory pension scheme, private medical cover, and life insurance.

Job Description

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of engineering scopes, including upgrades of equipment, gap analysis of pressure systems, obsolescence reviews onsite, static and rotary equipment choices, appraisals of equipment, and review of safety standards and site procedures. You will be responsible for providing engineering support and review, developing and delivering technical safety standard expectations, participating in audits and incident investigations, preparing data sheets and reports, and ensuring self-awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MSc, MEng or equivalent professional qualification or BSc, BEng or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with extensive relevant experience.
  • Chartered Engineer or recognised equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience assessing and reviewing mechanical scopes of work.
  • Previous experience in an operational site-based role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
