Job Title: Plant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Careers. As a Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers in a busy service department, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across the Highlands
  • Train and develop apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
  • Liaise with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Report back to central command and the Depot Manager on a regular basis
