About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and hobbies.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Accompany clients on outings and errands, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Help clients maintain their personal care and hygiene, ensuring their dignity and respect are upheld.
  • Document client interactions and progress, providing regular updates to our care team.
