Our client's Remuneration & Incentives team is highly regarded and lauded for their commercial and practical advice.
The Team
The Incentives team assists with all stages of incentive programmes from creation to implementation. The firm offers a full range of support on transactions and advises on domestic and international matters for a wide client base, including publicly traded and privately owned companies.
The firm utilises its global network to assist UK clients with international extensions of incentive arrangements, advising on local tax, exchange control and securities regulations.
The Role
The role will see the successful candidate advising on share plan and incentives related issues, including on major corporate transactions, and corporate governance advice. You will guide remuneration committees on the best practice and the expectations of shareholders as well as provide clear advice on the drafting and application of remuneration policies.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have 2 - 6 PQE level at a prominent law firm.
You will ideally also have these qualities:
- Excellent academic track record;
- Outstanding business and commercial acumen;
- The ability to build good rapport with clients;
- The ability to demonstrate a strong ability to draft and advise in relation to complex transactions;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Knowledge of the law and excellent communication skills.
