We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Deputy Store Manager at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As Deputy Store Manager, you'll be responsible for inspiring and developing a small store team, driving sales and profitability, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small store team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement store strategies
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability and implement initiatives to drive growth
