Leonard Cheshire is seeking a Senior Care Professional to provide effective supervision of a team of Support Workers.
As a key member of our team, you will lead with passion and enthusiasm, promoting positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.
You will ensure our customers receive the very best care, personal support and assistance with daily life tasks.
Supporting our Person Centred approach, you will ensure maximum independence for our customers and helping them to achieve individual aspirations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing effective supervision of a team of Support Workers
