We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Gibson Watts, a start-up focused on developing innovative self-healing concrete technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, testing, and implementation of sustainable precast elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manufacture vascular networks using CAD software
  • Conduct laboratory testing of precast elements and analyze performance
  • Coordinate on-site implementation and testing of retaining walls
  • Design and execute experiments for precast elements testing
  • Prepare detailed reports on experiments, tests, and project progress
  • Travel to manufacturing sites and field locations as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling
