Your role will involve working closely with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students and promote a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in accordance with the correct curriculum, ensuring students meet their full potential.
- Prepare students for national assessments and examinations, providing targeted support and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support their learning journey.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students and promote a positive school culture.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively teach a range of subjects, including English, mathematics, science, and other core subjects.
