About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including air compressors, dryers, and gas generators.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, determining possible causes and performing repairs as needed.
  • Document all work performed using company-provided hardware and software.
  • Develop relationships with customers, providing basic tools and equipment as needed.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Contribute to positive company branding by maintaining a professional image and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an industrial electrical or mechanical position.
  • Mechanical or electrical qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Full UK driving license with less than 4 points.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to participate in a call-out rota and work on-site.
