Job Description:
- Portfolio Ownership: Take ownership of your own portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-level communication with landlords.
- New-Build Property Management: Arrange, carry out, and follow up on snagging reports for new-build properties, guaranteeing seamless handovers.
- Key Sets and Property Management: Ensure suitable key sets for tenants and manage new properties effectively.
- Office-Based Work: All work is mainly office-based, with other tasks outsourced such as check-ins, inventory checks, etc.
- Maintenance Works: Organise and recommend maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management.
- Regular Communications: Make regular 'check-in' calls with landlords to maintain strong relationships.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and landlords, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
- Tenancy Agreements: Renew and negotiate tenancy agreements efficiently.
- Deposit Apportionments: Handle deposit apportionments accurately and fairly.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a smaller portfolio of up to 100 properties, taking responsibility for key client portfolios.
- Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach a small team, fostering growth and development.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy lettings/property management office.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with property lettings software (Reapit / Goodlord / Fixflo are desirable).
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- A naturally upbeat and positive person with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- ARLA qualification is desirable.
