Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radiographer to join our Imaging department at a prestigious private hospital in Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the department, providing high-quality service to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform general and specialized radiographic procedures, maintaining high technical and quality standards.
  2. Conduct imaging exams using low radiation dose techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  3. Follow radiation protection and safety guidelines, adhering to Local Rules and Systems of Work.
Requirements
  1. Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
  2. HCPC registration
  3. General radiographic background/training
  4. Familiarity with IT systems (e.g., RIS/PACS)
  5. Knowledge of healthcare service sector and related systems
  6. Awareness of College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct/Accountability
  7. Knowledge of Radiation Regulations
