About the Role: Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food and drink industry, is seeking an experienced Site Services Team Leader to oversee cleaning and hygiene standards across their site. This critical role requires a strong focus on ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient line setup and maintenance post-cleaning activities.
  • Maintain compliance with quality and health & safety management systems.
  • Provide technical support by reviewing hygiene standards, cleaning practices, and equipment according to best practices, customer guidelines, and legislation.
  • Conduct periodic audits as requested by the technical department, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
  • Foster a team culture of respect, teamwork, and openness.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices across hygiene and cleaning processes.
  • Lead daily operational checks and audits of hygiene practices to ensure sustained adherence to established standards.

  • Internal Auditor
