National Account Manager Role

We're seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at The Flava People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail customers, driving sales growth and maximizing category potential.

As a National Account Manager, you will work closely with our close-knit team to develop and execute strategies that drive business results. You will need to have a strong understanding of the UK grocery/retail market, commercial knowledge, and excellent organizational skills.

With 3+ years' experience in a similar role, you will have a proven track record of success in sales management, commercial modelling, forecasting, and pricing. You will also have a strong creative flair and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including a car allowance, bonus, pension, and access to training and personal development opportunities.
