Job Description
The Youth Outreach Coordinator role within Semester involves working closely with families and vulnerable young people. Key tasks include:

• Delivering comprehensive welcome and induction programs for young people
• Ongoing support and monitoring of service users
• Communicating information about available support groups to service users
• Transport and escort services for young people as outlined in care plans
• Leveraging technology to enhance company operations
• Contributing to policy and procedure development for the organization

Key Requirements
• Proven experience in supporting young people and their families
• Possession of a full UK driving license with business insurance
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overnight rotations
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Current online DBS check (may expedite hiring process)
• NVQ3 Children & Young People Workforce or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Estimated annual salary: £23,996, with 50p mileage reimbursement.
