Gardening Estate Specialist

Tilbury Hall Management is seeking a skilled and experienced gardener to join our team in the beautiful private estate on the Suffolk/Essex border. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and keen to progress within the existing team.

We promote a friendly and supportive working environment where all staff members work closely together to achieve common goals. Our gardens team provides seasonal vegetables, fruits, and cut flowers on a regular basis to the household staff. The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing seasonal operations throughout the gardens alongside the gardeners and estate workers.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate must have had at least 3 years' experience in a gardening position or similar, preferably within an estate setting. A Level 2 qualification in Horticulture and competency in garden machinery and equipment use and maintenance are also essential requirements.
