This exciting opportunity will involve working in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa, collaborating with expert engineers and designers to develop innovative automotive accessories.

As an Automotive Accessory Development Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accessory products that meet customer needs, while ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering several accessory products or product families across one or more platforms
  • Ensuring technical specifications meet product requirements and customer needs
  • Collaborating with Vehicle Engineering to define accessory product fitment, interfaces, and system requirements
  • Designing and releasing accessory products, with engineering responsibility
  • Maintaining high-quality standards, while meeting cost and delivery targets
Requirements
  • Degree-level design and product development experience, preferably in Catia and 3DX software
  • 'Can-do' attitude with a focus on delivering great products
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive towards a common goal
  • Calm multitasking skills to successfully manage priorities and execute against deadlines
Remuneration and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
