We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Psychology Support Assistant. As a Psychology Support Assistant, you will work with children with additional needs, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for Psychology students or graduates to gain experience working with children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities. You will work in a supportive environment with a team of dedicated staff who are committed to providing the best possible care for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to children with additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
