Counter Terrorism Policing is seeking a highly skilled Business and Policy Support Officer to join our Data and Analysis Pillar. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of data strategy and policy across the CTP network.
Key Responsibilities- Support the running of the DDAT and Data Board, including managing logistics, commissioning papers, and producing high-quality minutes.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of the Data & Analysis Delivery Plan, monitoring key initiatives and flagging risks and dependencies.
- Support the development of relevant Management Information, including designing and maintaining dashboards, process diagrams, and governance documentation.
- Develop communications products, working with the Strategy and Policy Lead to create comms products for board members and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and officers within the Data Pillar, other CTPHQ units, the CT Network, and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively across the team to provide business admin and policy support, including tracking finances and coordinating recruitment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also need to have a strong understanding of data strategy and policy, as well as experience in managing logistics and producing high-quality minutes.
