Role Overview

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Family Support Specialist. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with Economic Mobility Coaches to help families achieve their goals through motivation and strengths-based support.
In this position, you will:
  • Collaborate with participants to set and work towards personal goals
  • Provide emotional support and guidance in high-pressure situations
  • Contribute to family programming initiatives and special projects
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong passion for working with diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, or mental health challenges
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Haitian Creole or Spanish is highly valued
  • Associate's Degree in human services, child welfare, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive hourly rates starting at $21.97, depending on skill and experience. Additionally, we provide tuition assistance, retirement planning, and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
