Expert Vehicle Technician Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced vehicle technician to join our team as a Roadside Rescue Mechanic.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong technical background in vehicle maintenance and repair.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to breakdowns on the roadside, diagnosing issues, and completing repairs efficiently. A clean driving record and ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, is essential.

We offer a competitive salary package with opportunities for career growth and development within our organization. The estimated annual salary for this position is £57,000, with top performers potentially earning up to £60,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to breakdowns on the roadside and diagnose technical issues
  • Complete repairs efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to customers' schedules
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, resolving any issues promptly and politely
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
  • Full category B driving license with 6 points or less
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
