Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Amazon Development Centre (London) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Business Intelligence Experts, partnering with the central Data Engineering team and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.



Key Responsibilities



  • Design, develop, and maintain robust reporting and analytical systems to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with partner tech teams to deliver integrated roadmaps, prioritize projects, and build operating models
  • Build and manage a team of Business Intelligence Experts to deliver roadmap projects and support personal growth and development
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve data-driven decision-making


Requirements



  • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with 2+ years of experience managing a business intelligence or analytics team
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, ETL, data visualization, and statistical/machine learning software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and leaders
  • Experience with data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, and infrastructure components


Preferred Qualifications



  • 6+ years of experience in data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, and infrastructure components
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence solutions and data structures
