About the Role
Dr Mahbub's Surgery at Brace Street Health Centre is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Prescribe medications and perform medication reviews as needed.
- Work closely with our GP team to ensure seamless patient care and referrals.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
- Masters degree in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working in primary care and prescribing medications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
