Production Support Engineer

This role involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to prevent downtime
  2. Work collaboratively with the engineering team to achieve efficient task execution
  3. Monitor equipment performance and suggest areas for improvement
  4. Establish key performance indicators for the maintenance function
  5. Support the budgeting process for the department
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  7. Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the department
  8. Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers

What You'll Need

  1. Qualifications in Engineering or a related field
  2. Experience with CMMS, SAP, or Shire software
  3. Deep knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices
  4. Excellent planning and organisational skills
  5. Superb communication and teamwork abilities
  6. Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
