Job Summary

Thomas Sanderson is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to customer's homes to assess their requirements and demonstrate our premium bespoke blinds, shutters, and curtains.
  • Offer a high level of customer service, ensuring a tailored and personal experience for each client.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
