Resident Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Resident Liaison to join our team at Anchor. As a key member of our Housing Service division, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our residents and their families, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,707 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including pension plan, flexible working options, and ongoing personal and professional development programme.

You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our external partners to ensure that every individual receives tailored support and care. Your expertise in managing properties, supporting residents, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders will be critical in delivering our mission to create homes where everyone can love living in later life.
