Coatings Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled Coatings Technician to join our team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kettering, Northamptonshire. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings to metal products using advanced machinery and equipment.

In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to ensure seamless production and resolve any technical issues that arise. You must have a solid understanding of powder coating processes and be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong attention to detail, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills. **Package:**

• Starting pay rate of £12.80 per hour (increased after probation)
• Onsite parking
• Day shifts, Monday to Friday 8:30am
