As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our partners, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to partners, including preparing fee proposals, marketing, and onboarding new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure synergy and efficiency throughout the business.
- Liaise with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
- Oversee compliance procedures, including reviews and client billing.
- Assist with AML processes, training, and regulations.
- Support the administration team with document management, archiving, and GDPR.
- Maintain absence calendars, onboard new starters, and assist with office risk assessments.
- Oversee IT and website support.
- Experience in practice management within a legal or accountancy practice.
- Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm.
