We are a team of experts in project management, chartered surveying, transport planning, and land referencing, working collaboratively with clients to deliver life-improving change for communities and future generations.

About the Role

We are seeking a Director to inspire and lead our teams, manage financial performance, and be responsible for service quality. The successful candidate will have experience of providing and managing land services on complex projects, including offshore wind DCOs, and will be able to drive margin and deliver against Directorate level KPIs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on land strategies for DCO processes
  • Manage financial performance of teams and deliver against Directorate level KPIs and objectives
  • Lead teams and inspire them to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement land strategies for complex projects
  • Work collaboratively with clients to deliver life-improving change for communities and future generations
