Grow with Us: Swimming Teacher Role

At Serco, we're committed to providing affordable and enjoyable swimming lessons for all. We're currently recruiting for Swimming Teachers to join our team at Oswestry Leisure Centre and help us grow our programmes.

If you're passionate about swimming and have a proven track record of delivering safe and engaging lessons, we want to hear from you. As a Swimming Teacher, you'll be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities, using the tried and tested Swim England learn to swim framework.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent customer service skills, a strong passion for swimming, and either a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification. A valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC, or STA Safety Award for Teachers is advantageous but not essential, as we can provide free training to complete these courses.
