About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve delicious food that delights our clients
  • Oversee the implementation of menu changes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes
  • Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Maintain a positive brand image and represent Compass UK & Ireland
  • Monitor inventories to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Have experience supervising a team and working in a similar Chef role
  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts
