About the Role:

As a result of our rapid scale, we are looking to expand the number of permanent Business Analysts within our practice. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work with some of the very best in the business, collaborating with delivery teams to drive high-impact projects that meet our clients' strategic goals.

As a Senior Business Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for understanding client needs, capturing and documenting business requirements, and ensuring solutions align with desired outcomes.

In a typical week, you might facilitate requirement gathering workshops, map business processes, create detailed user stories, gather and refine requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients and technical teams, ensuring that the solutions being developed truly address the business challenges.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to share best practices, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and provide thought leadership within the business analysis community.

Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and tools, with experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and writing user stories.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a minimum of 27 days of annual leave, private medical insurance, and office space located in the heart of London.
