Recovery Coach

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Recovery Coach in Cumbria.

This role offers a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges, supporting them in identifying personal recovery goals and contributing to care planning.

As a Recovery Coach, you will conduct group and one-on-one work using wellness plans and tools, co-developing therapeutic groups as needed with a multidisciplinary team.

You will also play a key role in bolstering service user and carer confidence through their care pathway and towards meaningful recovery aspirations.

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) is a leading provider of healthcare services in the region, committed to delivering high-quality care and treatment to patients.

This role is part of a joint project with partners including Home Group, Everyturn, iCan Wellbeing, and The Well Communities, aiming to provide a structure of lived experience throughout the project.

• Estimated salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
