About This Role
As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our community. This role requires a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team in providing essential support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks
- Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
- Deliver top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
What We're Looking For
- Your own car and a full UK Driving License
- BPSS clearance and a willingness to obtain DBS clearance
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Assignment Details
- Working Pattern: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
- Working Hours: Shift pattern covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
- Training: 1 day online training and induction
