We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Northern Ireland. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in leading the HR agenda across multiple disciplines and supporting business units to meet operational and financial targets through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and meet operational and financial targets.
  2. Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers and team members, handling day-to-day HR matters with professionalism.
  3. Lead change management initiatives, including pre- and post-acquisition integration.
  4. Support and guide employee relations cases including performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management.
  5. Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement high-quality HR programs, policies, and processes.
  6. Use HR data to analyse trends and develop strategic solutions to improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
  7. Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with employment legislation in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Requirements
  1. CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
  2. Expertise in managing change, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  3. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the business.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges with empathy and professionalism.
  5. Willingness to travel between offices across Ireland, and occasionally to the UK.
