Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls from Arval UK's Corporate Customer base
- Managing and coordinating quotes, general correspondence, and enquiries via email
- Using a mixture of MS office packages and our internal systems to accurately record information
- Offering and delivering top-quality customer service
- Identifying upselling opportunities
- Building solutions and problem-solving to deliver the best possible service to our customers
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an outstanding account manager with excellent telephone manner and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a confident communicator with outstanding ownership and problem-solving ability. If you are a professional with a personal touch, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
The Package
We offer a competitive basic starting salary of up to £31,000 OTE, a basic salary of up to £27,000, and a core commission element of £4,000. In addition to this, over-performance can result in an additional £3,000 commission payment. Our comprehensive benefits package includes private medical cover, company pension, discounts on products and services, 2 paid volunteering days, a free on-site gym, and a range of flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle.
