We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to provide tailored support and work with children with special education needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 TA qualification or equivalent, knowledge and experience teaching the KS3 mainstream curriculum, and experience in supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis.

The role will involve creating a safe and engaging environment that allows children to have fun, learn, and succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support, working with children with SEN, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support and working with children with SEN
  • Creating a safe and engaging environment
  • Academic support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Requirements:

  • Level 4 TA qualification or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience teaching the KS3 mainstream curriculum
  • Experience in supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis
