Mechanical Engineer

TXM Recruit is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, providing high-end services for private property management solution companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in building or facilities maintenance, with a strong focus on time management, organisation, and planning skills.
Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
- Operation and maintenance of H&V plant, including pumps, etc.
- Operation and maintenance of swimming pool and Jacuzzi systems.
- Undertaking scheduled maintenance.
- Adhering to all Company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
- Seasonal shift and on-call rota.
The successful candidate will enjoy the following benefits:

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have:
- To be fully qualified and an experienced mechanical engineer.
- NVQ level 2 or above in plumbing and heating.
- BEng or level 2 diploma particularly in mechanical, production, or electrical engineering.
- Level 2 diploma in H&V.
- Experience in building or facilities maintenance.
- Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills.
- Highly flexible and adaptable.
