At Peter Alan, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential sales team in Swansea. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of Estate Agency and develop your skills through our industry-leading training and development program.

A Quick Look at the Role

In this role, you'll be helping people find their dream home. You'll work closely with our team to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree sales. You'll also optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
