As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential service in Folkestone, working alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that people gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s)
* Develop and implement person-centred support plans
* Conduct care needs assessments
* Recruit and induct new colleagues
* Complete supervisions/appraisals
* Complete medication competencies and medication audits
* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
* Complete quarterly audits and reports
* Effectively manage the service's P&L
* Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role
* Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration
* Level 5 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals with autism and moderate learning disabilities
