Sales Administrator Part-time Learning Disabilities Specialist

Main Goal

This administration level role will directly report to the ICT Sales Administrator Manager and will align within the sales organisational structure. The general purpose of this team is to support the field-based Account managers in obtaining pricing and the loading of orders onto QuoteWerks and general maintenance of Salesforce.com and Autotask.

Responsibilities/Tasks
  • Sales support for Field Sales who deal with large enterprise customers.
  • General Sales Support for Business Solutions Field Sales
  • Help Manage renewal process for key accounts and renewals forecasting above £20k thresholds.
  • Complete presales tickets via Salesforce.com e.g. Documents Solutions quotes (Papercut & MYQ)
  • Quoting, Sourcing, and pricing Hardware, Software & Services.
  • Ensure quotes are accurately reflected in CRM system. (Salesforce.com & Autotask)
  • Attend appropriate training to ensure product and services knowledge is up to date.
  • To work closely with Technical Services to correctly specify services required for client quotes.
  • Negotiating best price with vendors/manufacturers to maximise margins.
  • Using OEM partner tools for deal reg and bid proposal e.g. HP, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Dell etc.
  • High levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Closely work with Field Sales staff understanding their requirements.
  • Closely work with SOP staff in order that the correct level of detail is provided ensuring purchase ordering and invoicing is not delayed.
  • Work with finance colleagues with regard to invoice and finance related queries.
  • Build and maintain OEM relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and other third-party suppliers.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
  • HP Sales or Technical Accreditations would be beneficial.
  • Accreditations from other mainstream Business Solutions OEM's would be beneficial.
  • Experience of working with QuoteWerks, Salesforce & Autotask would be beneficial.
  • Maintain efficient diary and time management.
  • Proficient in the use of Word (Intermediate), Outlook (Intermediate) and Excel (Advanced)
