Investment Advisory Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Advisory Analyst to join our team in Henley-on-Thames. As an Investment Advisory Analyst, you will play a key role in providing governance, stewardship, and proxy voting advice to our Equities teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse shareholder meeting agendas and related research materials to provide Fund Managers with vote analysis and recommendations.
  • Provide voting and engagement reports for the local equity teams.
  • Support the data gathering process and analysis for corporate engagement as advised by senior members of the team.
  • Carry out research and attend industry events relating to relevant corporate governance topics.
  • Build important working relationships across the Investment floor and become a trusted partner to the teams.
  • Assist with ad hoc stewardship projects as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interest or direct experience in corporate governance, stewardship, and proxy voting.
  • Intelligence, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
