About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, predominantly in the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and project sponsors.
  • Lead and motivate project team members to ensure a sense of team and a clear understanding of goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk registers, issue registers, and project schedules.
  • Ensure that appropriate project controls are in place, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Prepare and update formal project progress reports, including financial and budget reporting.
  • Present project delivery to senior management and board executives.
Requirements
  • Hold a 3rd level relevant qualification, such as engineering or project management.
  • Hold a professional qualification awarded by a recognized chartered institute or association.
  • Hold an NEC PM accreditation.
  • Minimum of five years relevant experience in a role for a water utility client.
  • A successful past record of achievement in delivering water utility capital contracts.
  • Relevant experience of administration of NEC Conditions of Contract.
  • Relevant experience of project management of large portfolios of capital projects.
