Entry-Level Formulation Scientist

Consult is seeking a highly skilled Formulation Scientist to join their team of experts in licensed product development. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and registering a range of formulations for global markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a formulation scientist to continue their career in the pharmaceutical industry, working with a medium-sized award-winning pharmaceutical manufacturer with state-of-the-art facilities.
You will be able to provide technical advice, produce data and reports to support the formulation development process from initial concept through to scale up and licensed product.
- Develop and characterise new formulations to meet project goals
- Plan and execute experiments, writing protocols to support the formulation development process
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work undertaken
- Write documents to support regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with current guidelines
- Communicate project progress effectively to senior management
- Sourcing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and excipients in line with current regulatory guidelines
- Organisation of development laboratory, equipment, and consumables
About the Role:
This role requires previous formulation development experience within the pharmaceutical industry. You will have a degree-level science qualification in pharmaceutical sciences or a related discipline.
