Brook Street Recruitment is working with a leading insurance company in Belfast to recruit an experienced Insurance Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Place commercial risks within the market, providing expert advice to clients on their insurance needs
- Liaise with insurer partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high-quality customer service levels, responding promptly to client queries and adjusting policies as needed
- Manage client files, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times
- 5+ years of experience in account handling within the corporate or commercial sector
- Experience dealing with technical insurance issues and a diverse client base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- CII qualified (or working towards exams)
