We advise a broad range of clients on a wide variety of financing transactions, including securitisation, asset backed securities, receivables financing and asset-based lending.

  • Corporate borrowers and sponsors

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our Structured Finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Securitisation (private or public)
  • Asset backed securities
  • Receivables financing
  • Asset-based lending

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on structured finance transactions
  • Work closely with partners and other senior lawyers in the team to deliver client projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-6 years PQE with experience in structured finance or a related area
  • Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
