About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Riverbar Washington. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen management, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and work closely with other chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Create and implement new menu items, and determine food inventory needs
  • Staff the kitchen, develop menu offerings, forecast supply needs, and estimate costs
  • Ensure the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements, including sanitary and safety guidelines
  • Participate in the creation of recipes and preparation of advanced items
  • Maintain the efficiency of the kitchen and production of consistent, quality food
About You

We are looking for a passionate and skilled chef who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will need excellent cooking skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and good organizational skills. You should also have an understanding of profit margins and budgets.
